چکیده
Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the amounts debris extruded apically with use different single file systems during endodontic retreatment. Material and Methods: 36 mandibular premolar teeth were prepared ProTaper Universal files up F3. At every instrument change, root canals irrigated 2 mL 5.25% NaOCl solution. After canal preparation, final irrigation performed using 5 17% EDTA followed by saline. dried paper point filled gutta percha AH Plus sealer. stored at 37 °C 100% humidity for 1 week. Then divided randomly into three groups (n=12) according system used: HyFlex EDM One File, Reciproc Blue File Curve. Debris retreatment collected preweighed Eppendorf tubes. initial weight subtracted from tubes calculate each group. Data analyzed one-way analysis variance post-hoc Tukey tests (p=0.05). Results: significantly more compared Curve (p0.05). Conclusion: Under conditions in vitro study, all instrumentation techniques resulted extrusion. properties may have an effect on amount

in the present study, the effect of e-64 at different concentrations (0.5, 1, 5 and 10 µm) added to (1) the ivm medium on oocyte nuclear maturation and developmental competence of ovine oocytes, and (2) to the ivc medium on embryonic development of ovine embryos were investigated.
comparison of apical extrusion of debris by using single-file, full-sequence rotary and reciprocating systems
objectives: during root canal preparation, apical extrusion of debris can cause inflammation, flare-ups, and delayed healing. therefore, instrumentation techniques that cause the least extrusion of debris are desirable. this study aimed to compare apical extrusion of debris by five single-file, full-sequence rotary and reciprocating systems. materials and methods: one hundred twenty human mandi...

AIM To evaluate the effect of coronal flaring on the amount of debris extruded apically during root canal preparation using the Reciproc, WaveOne (WO) and OneShape (OS) single-file systems. METHODOLOGY Ninety extracted single-rooted mandibular incisor teeth were randomly assigned to six groups (n = 15 for each group) for canal instrumentation. Endodontic access cavities were prepared in each ...
